- Study CAR with ring diagram and understand NOC drawings
- Prepare weekly and daily plans for cable laying and excavation targets
- Coordinate weekly plan and commissioning priorities
- Coordinate with pre survey for demarcation and job execution clearance
- Coordinate hired manpower and machine requirements
- Coordinate with fleet, safety, and material for equipment, vehicle, safety, and material requirements
- Send request for site patrolling for open sites
- Arrange daily requirement of cables and other materials in SAP
- Conduct daily site visits to control and monitor execution works
- Control site activities by monitoring foremen and gang leaders
- Provide necessary NOCs and related documents to contractor
- Ensure closure of job order on SAP system
Requirements
- Experience in civil supervision, cable laying, and excavation
- Familiarity with SAP for material and job order management
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (survey, fleet, safety, material)
