A leading Saudi contractor seeks a Civil Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver large-scale residential construction projects from inception to handover.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage execution of residential construction projects from mobilization to handover
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee civil construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, procurement, planning, and commercial teams
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, site productivity, manpower utilization, and material availability
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations, municipality requirements, and HSE policies
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews
- Review project reports, schedules, change orders, claims, and payment certifications
- Monitor project costs and support cost optimization
- Lead project close out activities including snagging, testing, and handover
Requirements
- Experience in managing residential construction projects
- Knowledge of Saudi building regulations and municipality requirements

Overview
- Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi contractor focused on high quality large scale residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
- As the Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering residential construction projects from inception to handover.
- You will oversee all civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and Saudi regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the execution of residential construction projects throughout all project phases, from mobilization to final handover.
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost effective project delivery.
- Oversee all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, procurement, planning, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to achieve project milestones and contractual objectives.
- Monitor project progress, site productivity, manpower utilization, and material availability, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations, municipality requirements, company standards, and HSE policies.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and construction challenges, and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews with contractors and stakeholders.
- Review project reports, schedules, change orders, claims, and payment certifications to ensure effective project control.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance while supporting cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record management throughout the project lifecycle.
