Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's business strategy and annual operating plan
- Take full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and budget performance
- Lead sales growth across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and selected export markets
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners
- Improve pricing, product mix, margins and customer profitability
- Oversee manufacturing operations, quality, maintenance and production planning
- Improve plant productivity, capacity utilization, yield and cost efficiency
- Ensure reliable procurement, inventory control and supply chain performance
- Lead new product development and technical service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
- Build, develop and retain a high performing leadership team
- Provide regular business updates and recommendations to the Board
Requirements
- Proven experience as General Manager or senior leadership role in chemical manufacturing
- Strong P&L management and business strategy skills
- Experience in sales growth and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality, and supply chain
- Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
