Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends within FinTech, Telecommunications, or IT sectors
- Lead and manage the sales, business development, and account management teams to achieve commercial targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop commercial plans, pricing strategies, and go to market initiatives for new and existing products and services
- Negotiate high value commercial agreements, partnerships, and enterprise contracts
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts through executive dashboards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial execution
- Establish commercial KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business performance
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial leadership roles within FinTech, Telecommunications, or IT sectors
- Strong track record in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth
- Experience in negotiating high value commercial agreements and enterprise contracts
- Ability to lead and manage sales, business development, and account management teams
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
