  • Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company operating in the government services and process facilitation sector.
  • As the Commercial Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize profitability.
  • You will lead the commercial function across business development, sales, strategic partnerships, key account management, and commercial operations while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends within the FinTech, Telecommunications, or IT sectors.
  • Lead and manage the sales, business development, and account management teams to achieve commercial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop commercial plans, pricing strategies, and go to market initiatives for new and existing products and services.
  • Negotiate high value commercial agreements, partnerships, and enterprise contracts.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts through executive dashboards and performance reports.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial execution.
  • Establish commercial KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business performance and ensure accountability across the commercial function.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities to support business objectives.
