- Develop and execute the national sales strategy in line with business objectives.
- Deliver revenue, volume, margin and market share targets.
- Lead and develop regional sales managers, key account teams and channel sales teams.
- Expand business across retail, wholesale, project, contractor and industrial channels.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, contractors and major customers.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and geographic areas.
- Improve pricing, product mix, sales forecasting and customer profitability.
- Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic customer agreements.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain and finance teams.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
- Establish clear sales targets, performance indicators and incentive plans.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.
