Project Management Responsibilities
- Manage complete civil construction project execution from commencement to completion and handover.
- Develop execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor progress, costs, variations, material consumption, risks, delays, and subcontractor performance.
- Manage excavation, foundations, concrete, structural works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, MEP coordination, and fit-out activities.
- Supervise Site Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, and construction teams while monitoring productivity and resource use.
- Plan procurement, control material delivery, and manage project documentation and records.
- Implement quality and HSE controls, coordinate inspections and approvals, and close NCRs and site observations.
- Coordinate meetings, reports, snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 10 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager in the UAE is required.
- UAE driving license is required.
- Ability to manage planning, budgeting, procurement, site execution, manpower, subcontractors, quality, HSE, stakeholder coordination, and handover.

- Subcontractor management, client and consultant coordination, BOQ and quantity understanding, cost and resource control, and construction drawings.
- Quality control and QA/QC, HSE management, risk management, procurement and material coordination, and variation and claims coordination.
- Progress monitoring, testing and inspection, snagging and project handover, MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
