Professional Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and coordinate skilled and unskilled site workers.
• Execute civil works according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor concrete, blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, excavation, backfilling, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other construction teams.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, and completed work quality.
• Monitor materials and coordinate with the storekeeper and site engineer to avoid delays.
• Allocate manpower, organize daily schedules, and maintain productivity within required timeframes.
• Identify site issues, report them to site management, and assist with progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, project HSE procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Support inspections, snagging, rectification, finishing works, and project handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Eight years of experience as a civil foreman in the UAE is required.
• Practical knowledge of UAE construction industry procedures, standards, safety requirements, and quality control.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person at the construction project site.
• The employment type is full-time.
