Role Overview
Oversee and manage civil construction projects from planning through completion.
Ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil construction activities.
- Plan, monitor, and control site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, resources, quality, and safety compliance.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual obligations.
- Review quantities, BOQs, variations, quotations, and additional work scopes.
- Prepare progress reports, technical reports, inspection requests, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues and attend project meetings.
- Support planning, procurement, cost control, commercial activities, and project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
