About the Role
The employer is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to begin a professional engineering career.
The role provides hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, project coordination, and site engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects.
- Support site inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Review drawings, layouts, and engineering calculations under supervision.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
