Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate site construction activities.
The role supports project execution from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site construction activities with subcontractors, the Engineering Department, the Safety Team, and consultants.
- Liaise with project and construction managers regarding manpower, materials, approvals, and project progress.
- Review drawings and assess material and manpower requirements.
- Monitor schedules, progress, and site operations to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and HSE regulations.
- Oversee handover, snag rectification, and completion procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5–10 years of UAE experience with a main contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of site operations and construction procedures.
Compensation
- The salary package is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
