Responsibilities
- Inspect ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and corrective action
- Maintain daily site inspection records, reports, and activity logs
- Review and process Inspection Requests (IRs) and maintain inspection status records
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and discipline inspectors to ensure smooth site execution
- Verify line, level, and grading of works in coordination with survey teams
- Monitor material quality, arrange inspections/testing, and report non conformances
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or road construction supervision (Preferably within UAE)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and QA/QC procedures
- Good computer literacy with strong reporting and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience on ADM/DMT projects
- ADM/DMT approval or practice license is an advantage

Job Description
- Parsons is seeking a talented Civil Inspector to join our Construction Supervision team for a prestigious infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.
- The project scope includes pedestrian bridges, roads, utilities, streetscape and associated infrastructure works.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and corrective action.
- Maintain daily site inspection records, reports, and activity logs.
- Review and process Inspection Requests (IRs) and maintain inspection status records.
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and discipline inspectors to ensure smooth site execution.
