Role Overview
The company is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise civil construction activities for infrastructure and chilled water pipeline projects.
The role covers site activities, manpower and subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, and productivity.
Position Details
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work is performed in person at project sites.
- The employment type is full-time.
Civil Construction Duties
- Supervise civil works for chilled water pipeline and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee excavation, trenching, shoring, backfilling, compaction, and reinstatement works.
- Coordinate pipeline corridor preparation and related chilled water network civil works.
- Supervise manholes, valve chambers, thrust blocks, concrete works, foundations, and related structures.
- Ensure levels, alignment, dimensions, and gradients comply with approved drawings.
Coordination and Monitoring
- Coordinate site workers, operators, subcontractors, surveyors, site engineers, MEP teams, and pipeline teams.
- Monitor daily manpower, equipment, materials, and installation areas.
