- Review Citigold customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage to validate understanding
- Advise customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling fee based products
- Review product penetration and identify potential customers for tailored products
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning
- Organize customer events to enhance bonding
- Acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads
- Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to
- Assess risk when business decisions are made and escalate control issues
Requirements
- In depth disciplinary knowledge in wealth management and client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex information
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills

Role Overview

Client Account Management
- Review CG customer needs and asset allocation.
- Advise CG customers to enrich relationships.

Compliance, Risk & Controls
