Role overview
Serve as a Citigold Relationship Banker supporting affluent customer relationships and applying established banking processes, procedures, and systems.
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions using acquired technical experience and applicable precedents.
Client account management
- Review Citigold customer needs and asset allocation, and proactively validate the understanding of those needs.
- Advise customers on additional funds and fee-based products or services based on current and future needs.
- Review product penetration and identify potential customers for tailored products that enhance product penetration.
- Ensure relationship coverage through customer engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
- Organize Citigold customer events to enhance customer relationships.
- Acquire new Citigold customers by converting referral leads.
Compliance, risk and controls
- Adhere strictly to KYC, AML, and other compliance norms.
- Provide an exceptional client experience measured against specific metrics.
- Assess risk appropriately in business decisions while safeguarding the firm, clients, and assets.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
