Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Leisure Management, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of operational management experience within cinemas, entertainment, leisure, hospitality, or customer focused environments
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast paced operation
- Strong understanding of customer experience and service excellence principles
- Demonstrated financial and commercial awareness with experience managing operational performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and organisational capabilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
