- Drive profitable revenue growth by overseeing commercial activities throughout the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process
- Validate risk versus reward considerations, including contractual terms, technical risk, payment security, and overall deal profitability
- Develop and execute regional commercial and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead or support Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) opportunities, tenders, and strategic commercial projects
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, legal, finance, and product line teams to optimize commercial outcomes
- Support pricing initiatives, tender benchmarking, and margin improvement projects across assigned regions
- Maintain governance and compliance with commercial policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks
- Manage the transition from ITO to Order to Remittance (OTR) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Strong experience in Commercial, Sales, Tendering, or Bid Management roles
- Proven experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstrated experience managing Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, commercial negotiations, and pricing strategies
- Experience evaluating commercial risks, contract terms, profitability, and margin optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams and senior leaders
- Experience working with commercial tools and platforms such as CPQ, Quote Machine, Deal Machine, or similar systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 20–40% as required

- As a CIM Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting and driving profitable revenue growth through ownership and oversight of the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process.

Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
