Fuel your passion

  • Driving profitable revenue growth by overseeing commercial activities throughout the ITO process
  • Validating risk versus reward considerations including contractual terms, technical risk, payment security, and deal profitability
  • Developing and executing regional commercial and pricing strategies
  • Leading or supporting Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) opportunities, tenders, and strategic commercial projects
  • Collaborating with sales, engineering, supply chain, legal, finance, and product line teams
  • Supporting pricing initiatives, tender benchmarking, and margin improvement projects
  • Maintaining governance and compliance with commercial policies and risk management frameworks
  • Managing the transition from ITO to OTR for successful project execution

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Have strong experience in Commercial, Sales, Tendering, or Bid Management roles
  • Have proven experience within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Have demonstrated experience managing ITO processes, commercial negotiations, and pricing strategies
  • Have experience evaluating commercial risks, contract terms, profitability, and margin optimization
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross functional teams and senior leaders
  • Have experience working with commercial tools such as CPQ, Quote Machine, Deal Machine, or similar
  • Have strong analytical, problem solving, and project management capabilities
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to travel approximately 20–40% as required
