Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding market presence.
Manage key accounts, lead new-business initiatives, and develop strategies to support long-term revenue goals.
Business development and sales
- Identify prospective customers and evaluate their industry position, market conditions, and sales options.
- Establish relationships with prospects and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships through support, guidance, and recommendations for new opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product or service improvements.
Account and service management
- Visit key existing customers regularly and involve superiors in customer relationship management activities.
- Support customer retention and generate additional business from existing accounts.
- Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Handle customer complaints in coordination with customer service and operations departments.
Reporting, credit, and risk
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies.
- Review debtor accounts regularly and support debt collection under agreed credit terms.
- Manage risks to help prevent avoidable company exposure.
Requirements
