- Supervise stewards and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Oversee inventory management for kitchen supplies and cleaning materials
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Coordinate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Handle scheduling and staffing for the kitchen crew

Job Overview
- The Chief Steward is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen and dining area in a catering company. They ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the work environment, ensuring all food service areas comply with safety, sanitation, and quality standa
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the stewards and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
