About the Role
The Community Development Authority in Dubai is seeking a Chief Social Worker with 5+ years of experience to prepare social studies, develop empowerment plans, and coordinate with external agencies for children and residents of a family village.

Responsibilities
- Prepare social studies for children and residents referred from various entities, including recommendations for integration and empowerment.
- Develop and follow up on individual empowerment plans for residents, ensuring alignment with social studies and intervention plans.
- Coordinate with external government and private entities providing social services, and prepare reports to ensure effective joint plans.
- Develop alternative plans in case of caregiver or educational staff absence to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide group and individual guidance to educational staff and children to ensure development plan implementation.
- Prepare statistics and analytical reports to identify patterns and gaps, and propose improvements or proactive measures.
- Conduct periodic follow ups through individual interviews with children and residents, and make internal/external referrals.
- Evaluate social intervention plans and provide consultations to improve conditions and care according to best practices.
- Prepare recommendations and reports for social workers to include in the empowerment database.
- Provide consultation and guidance to social supervisors, solve problems, and find best ways to empower and integrate residents.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, workshops, and awareness courses for children and residents.
- Comply with information security policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in social services.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Job Description
- إعداد الدراسات الاجتماعية عن حالات الأطفال والمنتسبين لقرية العائلة ووضع الحلول والتوصيات لضمان تواجدهم في بيئة آمنة وتمكينهم ودمجهم في المجتمع.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات التشغيلية
- إعداد الدراسات الاجتماعية لحالات الأطفال أو المنتسبين لقرية العائلة والمحولة ملفاتهم من الجهات المختلفة وإعداد التقارير متضمنة التوصيات لدمجهم وتمكينهم في المجتمع واحتوائهم في بيئة آمنة.
- إعداد خطط التمكين الفردية النهائية للحالات المنتسبة في القرية والتأكد من التوافق مع التوصيات المعدة وفقاً للدراسات الاجتماعية عن الحالات وخطط التدخل والتمكين، ومتابعة تنفيذها لضمان التطبيق والتحديث بناءً على المستجدات.
- التواصل والتنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية الخاصة أو الحكومية المقدمة للخدمات الاجتماعية للمنتسبين للقرية وإعداد التقارير لمتابعة الحالات والتأكد من تنفيذ التوصيات لضمان فعالية الخطط المشتركة اللازمة للمنتسبين للقرية وضمان التفعيل السليم للتدخلات ووفقاً لخطط واجراءات العمل المعتمدة.
- وضع الخطط البديلة في حالات تغيب القائمين على الرعاية والطاقم التربوي لضمان استمرارية توفير الرعاية لأبناء القرية والمنتسبين لها .
- التوجيه والإرشاد الجماعي والفردي للطاقم التربوي واطفال القرية مما يضمن تنفيذ خطط التنمية وتحقيق المستهدفات.
- إعداد الإحصائيات والتقارير التحليلية عن الحالات لرصد الأنماط وتحديد الفجوات بهدف وضع المقترحات التحسينية أو اتخاذ الاجراءات الاستباقية.
- إجراء المتابعات الدورية من خلال المقابلات الفردية اللاحقة مع الأطفال والمنتسبين للقرية ورفع التوصيات والتنسيق الداخلي والخارجي مع الجهات المعنية لدعمهم وإجراء الزيارات الميدانية في الجهات التعليمية أو الصحية في الحالات المرضية للتأكد من تنفيذ التوصيات المعتمدة.
- تقييم خطط التدخل الاجتماعي ودراسة أوضاع الحالات المنتسبة للقرية بشكل دائم أو مؤقت للوقوف على التطور وتقديم الاستشارات التي تسهم في تحسين أوضاعهم وتقديم الرعاية وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات.
- إعداد التوصيات والتقارير وتحويلها إلى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لادراجها ضمن قاعدة بيانات التمكين لإعداد وتنفيذ الخطط الفردية وفقاً للحالات.
- تقديم خدمات الاستشارات والتوجيه للمشرفين الاجتماعيين القائمين على رعايتهم وحل مشكلاتهم والرد على استفساراتهم والتوصل إلى أفضل السبل لتمكينهم ودمجهم في المجتمع وتوفير بيئة سوية.
- إعداد وتقديم المحاضرات وورش العمل والدورات التوعوية للأطفال والمنتسبين لقرية العائلة.
- إعداد الإحصائيات والتقارير التحليلية عن حالات المنتسبين لقرية العائلة ورصد الأنماط وتحديد الفجوات بهدف وضع المقترحات التحسينية أو اتخاذ الاجراءات الاستباقية.
Qualifications
- بكالوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية أو علم النفس أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة اللغتين الانجليزية والعربية (محادثة وكتابة)
- خبرة 5 سنوات على الأقل في مجال الخدمات الاجتماعية.
