About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Chief Product Officer to lead the transformation of our B2B operating system into a scalable, AI-powered SaaS ecosystem. You will own the product and technology vision, build and lead the engineering team, and drive execution from architecture to delivery.

- Own and define the overall technology vision, product architecture, and execution roadmap.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from planning and architecture to deployment and scale.
- Transform the current B2B eStore builder into a robust, scalable, secure, and AI powered SaaS solution.
- Build, hire, lead, and mentor the engineering, product, and technical delivery teams.
- Set up engineering standards, delivery systems, technical governance, and best practices.
- Take responsibility for product delivery timelines, execution quality, and go live commitments.
- Work closely with founders to align product strategy with market opportunity and commercial priorities.
- Support founders during investor meetings, technical due diligence, and strategic presentations.
- Drive platform scalability, security, system reliability, and long term architectural strength.
- Oversee migration of existing users and ensure operational continuity during platform evolution.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the product ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (Head of Technology, CPO, CTO).
- Strong hands on expertise in Python, Odoo, SaaS architecture, and end to end product development.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling SaaS products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, infrastructure, scalability, security, and operational reliability.
- Experience hiring and building high performing technical teams from the ground up.
- Ability to independently lead execution while collaborating with founders and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical strategy to business and investor audiences.
- Experience working in startup, growth stage, or high ownership environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical strategy in a business and investor friendly manner.
- Experience working in startup, growth stage, or high ownership environments where speed and adaptability are critical.
Technical Expertise
- Python and Odoo framework development
- Custom Odoo module development
- PostgreSQL / PSQL optimization
- AWS or similar cloud infrastructure
- Nginx, Apache, DNS, SSL, and domain mapping
- Linux / Ubuntu server environments
- API integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, CRMs, and third party services
- Frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript
- AI / ML integrations in SaaS products
- eCommerce and multi tenant SaaS platform experience
