- Define and execute the product innovation strategy, identifying new categories, ingredients, technologies, and consumer trends
- Build and optimize scalable systems and processes that accelerate product development and improve organizational effectiveness
- Oversee the development of science backed, compliant, and differentiated product formulations
- Ensure quality, consistency, operational efficiency, and supply chain resilience throughout the product lifecycle
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and operational teams to develop successful go to market strategies
- Drive a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement across product related functions
- Leverage emerging technologies and AI driven approaches to accelerate innovation and reduce time to market
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product, R&D, or innovation functions
- Minimum of 5 years leading large product or R&D organizations within supplements, functional foods, CPG, or related sectors
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer products from concept through commercialization
- Deep expertise in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, regulatory affairs, and product quality management
- Strong experience building and leading cross functional teams across product, science, quality, and development functions
- Excellent commercial acumen with ability to align product decisions with growth objectives and brand strategy
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable systems and processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance innovation, speed, operational rigor, and business realities
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance product development
