About the Role

Responsibilities
- Follow up with relevant departments regarding the department's work plans based on leadership directives and feedback
- Enhance communication between relevant personnel within the department and other departments through established communication channels
- Follow up with department managers to ensure timely completion and closure of reports, assignments, and audit observations
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure its efficient and effective use to achieve desired results
- Identify new opportunities to market the organization's services and develop strategic partnerships to promote them
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure appropriate responses are prepared and implemented within specified timeframe
- Manage systems used in the Marketing and Corporate Communications Department, including PI system, compliance, information security, attendance, and customer relationship management
- Reflect the Excellence Fund criteria in coordination with the Department Manager and Section Managers, and prepare periodic expenditure reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration, marketing or equivalent from an accredited university
- Diploma: 8 years of experience in the field; Bachelor's degree: 2 years of experience in the field
- UAE nationality required

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Follow up with relevant departments regarding the department's work plans, based on leadership directives and feedback
- Enhance communication between relevant personnel within the department and other departments within the organization through established communication channels
