You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor’s in Aviation Maintenance preferred. Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required; Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of aviation maintenance and inspection experience; avionics modification experience strongly preferred. Prior supervisory or management experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment. Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations, RSM, and QCM requirements. Proficiency in inspection techniques, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Ability to read and interpret avionics manuals, schematics, and technical data. Familiarity with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to travel 40% or more, including short-notice assignments to remote sites. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support field technicians. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug testing and any applicable company/FAA Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program that may be required. Must be able to pass required background checks, including a 10-year TSA check if airport access or badging is required.
