CERTIFICATION ENGINEER/DER

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. FAA DER delegation in appropriate discipline(s) required . 10+ years of experience in aircraft certification, engineering, or related aerospace field. Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA certification processes, including STCs, PMAs, and major repair approvals. Experience preparing and reviewing compliance data, reports, and substantiation documentation. Proficiency in engineering analysis tools relevant to your discipline (e.g., structural analysis, electrical loads, systems testing). Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality management systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and regulatory compliance mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with regulators, customers, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple certification projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team-oriented and able to work independently, cross-functionally, and across remote locations. Must be willing to work in a specific region and potentially relocate to support that region. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug testing and any applicable company/FAA Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program that may be required. Must be able to pass required background checks, including a 10-year TSA check if airport access or badging is required.
