AVIONICS TECHNICIAN I

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: 2+ years of experience in avionics modifications, aircraft electrical systems, or related aviation maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and a self-directed approach to assigned tasks. Experience on transport-category aircraft preferred, hands-on aircraft modification experience a plus. Flexibility and adaptability when project requirements shift or evolve. Desire to learn, grow, and pursue advancement opportunities within the organization. Ability to work extended hours and consecutive days as needed. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and crawling. Ability to work in confined spaces, at various heights, and in diverse environmental conditions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort working with tools, aircraft components, and materials of various sizes. Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to obtain a passport if hired. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug testing and any applicable company/FAA Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program that may be required. Must be able to pass required background checks, including a 10-year TSA check if airport access or badging is required.
