You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Minimum 6 years of aerospace sheet metal/structures experience in commercial or military aviation. Military aircraft structural repair background highly preferred. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering documentation, and maintenance manuals. Precision-driven approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to remain flexible, focused, and proactive in dynamic remote work environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in all situations. Desire to support a team-driven environment and exceed customer expectations. Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally. Ability to fabricate, repair, and install sheet metal components to regulatory and engineering standards. Valid passport and driver’s license required. FAA Airframe or A&P License highly desired. Ability to work in remote environments for extended periods. Ability to lift, bend, drill, rivet, climb, and work in confined spaces or at varying heights. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug testing and any applicable company/FAA Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program that may be required. Must be able to pass required background checks, including a 10-year TSA check if airport access or badging is required.
