- Monitor project phases ensuring compliance with timelines and specifications
- Oversee annual maintenance contracts and monitor KPIs

- Manage maintenance complaints and service requests
- Review change orders and provide technical opinions
- Monitor mechanical, electrical, water, and sewage systems performance
- Prepare studies to improve energy efficiency
- Provide technical supervision for environmental sustainability initiatives

- Master's degree with minimum 9 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or equivalent; or Bachelor's degree with minimum 11 years

Job Description
- Develop policies and procedures for maintenance and development of corporate facilities, buildings, and ambulance station buildings in accordance with international best practices.
- Study, plan, and design construction, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance projects for corporate buildings and ambulance station facilities.
- Prepare studies on requirements for establishing new ambulance stations in line with Dubai's urban expansion plan.
- Prepare annual budget for construction projects, infrastructure development, maintenance, renovation, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess corporate maintenance needs, prepare project documentation, manage tendering, analyze proposals, evaluate contractors.
- Monitor all phases of maintenance and development projects, ensuring contractor compliance with timelines and specifications.
- Oversee annual maintenance contracts, measure effectiveness, monitor KPIs, apply penalties where applicable.
- Monitor development projects by strategic partners and prepare reports.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance.
- Receive and manage maintenance complaints, issue work orders, prioritize requests, ensure timely completion.
- Review change orders, provide technical opinions, complete contractual procedures.
- Monitor performance of mechanical, electrical, water supply, and sewage systems; oversee preventive maintenance.
- Prepare studies to improve energy efficiency and provide technical supervision.
- Provide technical supervision for environmental sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree: Minimum 9 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 11 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and Management, or equivalent.
