Chief Engineer

Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate engineering staff.

Manage workload planning, resource allocation, and succession planning.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Support major pursuits, estimates, proposals, and alternative construction methodologies.

Collaborate with operations, project management, and executive leadership.

Conduct site inspections and technical reviews.

Issue Certificates of Conformance when required.

Provide technical support for critical construction activities.
