Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Concierge team to deliver exceptional luxury service standards
- Curate bespoke guest experiences including dining reservations, transportation, excursions, and special celebrations
- Act as primary point of contact for VIP, repeat, and high profile guests
- Maintain extensive knowledge of SLS The Red Sea facilities and destination experiences
- Oversee concierge desk operations, staffing schedules, and service standards
- Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler Service, and other departments
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Concierge operations within a luxury hotel environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory Concierge role
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and The Red Sea destination advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Concierge team to deliver exceptional luxury service standards.
- Ensure all guest requests, enquiries, reservations, and arrangements are handled efficiently.
- Curate bespoke guest experiences including dining reservations, transportation, excursions, and special celebrations.
- Act as primary point of contact for VIP, repeat, and high profile guests.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of SLS The Red Sea facilities and destination experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively recommend experiences.
- Oversee concierge desk operations, staffing schedules, and service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler Service, and other departments.
- Support arrival and departure experiences including airport transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and profiles.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Concierge operations within a luxury hotel environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory Concierge role.
- Previous experience in Forbes Travel Guide or luxury lifestyle resort preferred.
- Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Proven ability to manage VIP guests with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia and The Red Sea destination advantageous.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages highly desirable.
