Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations and manage the accounting team
- Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial statements and reports
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee cost control, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Follow up with Procurement Department and analyze monthly purchasing activities
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Overview
