to join our Gym Cafeteria team.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating and preparing healthy, nutritious, and flavorful meals that support fitness and wellness goals.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys healthy cooking and understands the dietary needs of gym members.
Key Responsibility
- Prepare and cook healthy meals, snacks, smoothies, protein shakes, and beverages.
- Create nutritious and appealing recipes that support weight loss, muscle gain, and overall wellness.
- Develop and update healthy menu options in collaboration with management and the Nutritionist.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage food inventory and kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste.
Requirement
- **Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef.**
- **Proven experience in creating and preparing healthy recipes and fitness-focused meals.**
- Strong knowledge of healthy cooking techniques, nutrition-conscious ingredients, and portion control.
- Experience preparing salads, high-protein meals, healthy snacks, fresh juices, and smoothies.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong creativity, organization, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Culinary diploma or professional chef certification.
- Previous experience in a gym cafeteria, health café, wellness center, or healthy food restaurant.
- Understanding of calorie-controlled and nutrition-focused meal planning.
