Role Overview
Prepare high-quality dishes and help deliver memorable guest experiences at The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton.
Support efficient kitchen operations as a Chef de Partie (Pastry).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, cook, and test dishes according to standard recipes for consistent taste and presentation.
- Oversee line cooks and provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs.
- Keep all kitchen work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
- Contribute to food cost control, gross profit margins, and departmental financial targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
