Rosewood Abu Dhabi is a five-star luxury hotel on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes, presentation standards, and culinary guidelines.
- Support inventory management, mise en place preparation, and stock-level maintenance.
- Coach and develop junior culinary associates.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture and support operational objectives.
