About the Role
Le Méridien Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for Stratos Restaurant, a high-end grill destination. The ideal candidate has a strong fine dining pedigree, Michelin-level standards, and at least 2 years as Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef in a premium grill operation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring highest standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and consistency
- Develop and execute innovative grill themed menus, seasonal promotions, and signature dishes
- Manage all culinary staffing requirements including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development
- Maintain full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and sanitation procedures
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Act as a visible culinary ambassador, regularly interacting with guests and VIPs
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high end grill operation
- Proven experience working in a Michelin starred restaurant or Michelin Guide recognized fine dining establishment
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or renowned international restaurant groups
- Excellent command of English
