  • Passionate culinary leader with strong fine dining pedigree
  • Proven Michelin level standards
  • Successful history of operating premium grill
  • Highly guest centric and commercially minded

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef leading high end grill operation
  • Proven experience in Michelin starred or Michelin Guide recognized fine dining
  • Minimum 6–8 years progressive culinary leadership experience

Guest Experience & Public Relations

  • Act as visible culinary ambassador for Stratos Restaurant
  • Regularly interact with guests and VIPs
  • Possess excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Operational Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations
  • Develop and execute innovative grill themed menus
  • Manage all culinary staffing requirements
  • Maintain full compliance with UAE food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
