About the Role
YPO seeks a Chapter Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its MENA Gulf Regional Integrated Chapter. The role provides administrative, coordination, and managerial support to the Chapter Chair and volunteer Board, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with YPO's culture of privacy and trust.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, coordination, and managerial support to the Chapter Chair and volunteer Board of Officers
- Coordinate Chapter Chair activities and communications
- Manage learning programs and member engagement initiatives
- Support membership onboarding and Forum/Micro forum activities
- Handle Board communications and organize the Annual General Meeting
- Produce newsletters and learning calendars
- Manage digital platforms and act as YPO liaison for chapter health
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Proven administrative, executive support, or association/chapter management experience, ideally in a member based or events driven environment
- Comfort working directly with senior executives and high net worth individuals, with absolute discretion
- Demonstrated event and project coordination skills: planning, logistics, vendor management, and on site delivery
- Exceptional organization, multi tasking ability, and follow through across concurrent workstreams
- Outstanding written and spoken English; able to draft polished newsletters, briefs, and communications
- Sound judgment, the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Self starter who works independently, manages their own schedule, and delivers results with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Chat GPT, Zoom / Teams, and CRM or event registration tools
- Comfort with app/website CMS and membership databases; design skills (Canva or similar) are an advantage
- Valid legal status to work as an independent contractor in the UAE (Emirates ID / freelance permit)
- Travel visas for the USA, UK, Canada, and Schengen Area are required for YPO events
- Provides own primary equipment; chapter approved software covered with prior approval

The Role
- The Chapter Manager is the operational backbone of the Chapter, working closely with the Chapter Chair and volunteer Board of Officers.
- Provides administrative, coordination, and managerial support to keep the Chapter running smoothly and in full alignment with YPO's standards.
- This is a deliverables driven, member facing role in a community of chief executives.

- Provides own primary equipment; chapter approved software covered with prior approval.
Travel & Expenses
- Occasional travel is required for YPO events, workshops, trainings, and regional or global conferences.
- All travel must be pre authorized in writing by the Chapter Chair.
- Visa costs & renewals and travel reimbursement are covered.
