- Provide day to day support during rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback
- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions
- Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day to day operations
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- 1+ years of program or project management experience (preferred)

Job Description
- As a Change Manager, you'll have responsibility for site change and project management, peak readiness playbook, fixed cost and procurement, creating and leading Continuous Improvement culture through regular Kaizen, Gemba and other activities, managing site special events such as site visits, Town
- Additionally, you will be required to fulfill an Operations Area Manager role when needed, providing operational leadership and oversight.
- You will provide leadership to Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants and Delivery Service Providers, managing external agency relationships and performance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of experience with Program Management
