Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall financial strategy, corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and capital management to maximize profitability and support long term business growth across the Oil & Gas and Energy division
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, taxation, risk management, internal controls, audits, and corporate governance while ensuring adherence to IFRS and local regulatory requirements
- Drive commercial and operational performance by partnering with executive management on project financing, investment evaluations, M&A opportunities, contract negotiations, and strategic business decisions
- Build and lead a high performing finance organization, managing banking relationships, cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for large scale EPC, energy, and industrial projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or Master's Degree highly preferred
- CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification mandatory
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 8+ years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive role within Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Industrial, Power, or Heavy Engineering sectors
- Experience working in the Middle East/GCC highly preferred; exposure to Iraq's Oil & Gas or Energy sector a significant advantage

Job Description
- Lead the company's overall financial strategy, corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and capital management to maximize profitability and support long term business growth across the Oil & Gas and Energy division.
