Riyadh Office Role Summary: Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Shalwa, Parker’s, Kumo, Somewhere and Public.

Independent is for all ambitious people who want to advance in their careers, and we are currently looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Saudi PMO / Office Manager to work closely with the CEO and manage the day-to-day execution of priorities.

This role goes beyond traditional PA responsibilities and focuses on driving follow-through, structure, and accountability across meetings, projects, and initiatives.

• Manage the CEO’s daily workflow, priorities, and follow-ups
• Ensure meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and executed
• Coordinate project agendas, timelines, and cross-functional inputs
• Act as a central point of coordination for the CEO’s office
• Proactively flag risks, delays, and misalignment
• Maintain structure, documentation, and operational discipline Requirements:
• Saudi national – Must be based in Riyadh
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Experience in PMO, office management, operations, or similar roles
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders/founders
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace
