As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of The Barracks, ensuring the precinct delivers outstanding commercial, operational and customer outcomes. You will be responsible for all aspects of centre performance, including operations, facilities management, retailer engagement, budgeting, capital works, compliance and customer experience initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for creating exceptional places.
Working closely with retailers, service providers, contractors, customers and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maintaining The Barracks as a destination of choice within Brisbane's inner city.

What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing retail, mixed-use or commercial property assets.
A strong understanding of the drivers of retailer performance, customer experience and asset value.
Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging owners, retailers, contractors and service providers.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
Experience managing operating budgets, forecasting, capital expenditure and financial performance.
Strong knowledge of facilities management, risk management, compliance and governance requirements.
A hands-on leadership style that remains connected to day-to-day operations while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
