Responsibilities
- Monitor security CCTV in each work station as per post requirements
- Ensure proper electronic surveillance and communication with security team
- Maintain secure system for data in accordance with DPS regulations
- Record all CCTV surveillance cameras and maintain log book
- Report surveillance findings with accuracy
- Ensure no misuse or abuse of surveillance systems
- Communicate team on security updates
- Provide efficient radio and telephone answering service
- Ensure safety and security of people and property via CCTV
- Call police or fire departments in emergencies

CCTV Monitoring
- Monitor security CCTV in each work station as per post requirements
- Follow protocols for maintaining security of CCTV Control Room
- Ensure proper electronic surveillance is in range
- Ensure proper communication with security team
- Perform as per CCTV operator certified norms and skills
Electronic Surveillance & Documentation
- Maintain secure system for providing data in accordance with DPS regulations
- Ensure recording of all CCTV Surveillance Cameras both static and PTZ
- Maintenance of log book with proper handing and taking over
- Periodic reporting of security status to Line Manager
- Report surveillance findings with accuracy
Communication and Coordination
- Understand rules, policies, or regulations of premises through post orders
- Communicate team on security updates
- Develop and maintain positive relation among team
- Provide efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service
- Deal efficiently with all enquiries
Safety and Alarms
- Ensure safety and security of people and property via CCTV
- Apply safety regulations as per site evacuation plan
- Call police or fire departments in emergencies
- Maintain good rapport and coordinate with Technical for support
Grooming / Punctuality
- Comply with grooming and punctuality standards
- Be alert and attentive at all times
- Maintain clean attendance record and avoid late arrival
