We One FZE seeks an Assistant Security Technician to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of security equipment including cameras, DVR/NVR, gate barriers, access control systems, and turnstiles.

Responsibilities
- Follow maintenance schedule provided by Line Manager
- Inspect and clean equipment including cameras, DVR/NVR, gate barriers, access control systems, turnstiles
- Follow Maintenance SOP and adhere to safety and site requirements
- Respond to requests and telephone calls for technical assistance
- Attend faulty equipment including conduiting, cabling, and terminations
- Assist line manager in schedule and scope during corrective maintenance
- Communicate with line manager, peers, and subordinates
- Ensure We One interest is protected with customer at all times

Routine Maintenance / PPM
- Follow schedule provided by Line Manager

- Follow Maintenance SOP

Trouble Shooting / RCM
- Respond to requests and telephone calls for technical assistance

- Ensure faults are rectified within provided schedule or time for repair
Communication, Coordination & Team Work
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with customer
- Communicate with line manager, peers, or subordinates
- Provide information to supervisors and co workers in written form
- Uninterrupted communication with We One office
- Ensure We One interest is protected with customer at all times
