Responsibilities
- Manage a group of schools, including primary, secondary, and colleges.
- Lead and motivate teams to develop strong client relationships.
- Ensure health and safety, retention, quality, and finance KPIs are met.
- Provide technical support and manage product innovations.
- Support the market segments in defining product policy and positioning.
Requirements
- Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Commercially astute.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and help teams.
Qualifications
- Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
