Caterlink is hiring a Catering Manager for Sullivan Upper School.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple food service outlets while maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and speed.
- Prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
- Develop menus that meet nutritional standards and appeal to young people.
- Manage menu planning, stock control, inventories, budgets, and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, environmental legislation, and company procedures.
- Manage client relations, monitor KPIs and financial targets, and implement service improvements.
- Lead, train, and supervise catering teams and manage performance.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple outlets is important for success in the role.
- Employees are expected to share Caterlink's commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for the role.
Schedule and Workplace
- The role is based on site at Sullivan Upper School.
- Work is Monday to Friday with no weekend work.
- The position is term-time only, covering 195 working days across 39 weeks plus paid holiday.
