Role overview
Join the Pump Room in Bath as a Chef de Partie.
Prepare high-quality dishes and help deliver culinary experiences across modern British cuisine, brunch, and afternoon tea.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food to a high standard in areas required by senior chefs.
- Assist with functions and maintain consistent standards across dining areas.
- Train junior staff and support smooth daily operations.
- Complete hygiene checks, maintain staff food standards, and control waste.
- Follow health, hygiene, safety, fire, security, licensing, and client requirements.
- Carry out other reasonable requests from senior management.
Candidate requirements
- Be well organized and able to prioritize workload.
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain excellent standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Experience in a five-star hotel or Michelin-star restaurant is desirable.
Compensation
- Salary is listed as £29,741.40 plus Tronc.
