Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing market trends, sales data and competitor activity to support category strategy decisions
- Contribute to preparation of business reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support coordination of product launches and promotional activities in boutiques and with retail partners
- Help monitor stock levels, assortment and product performance to maximize category growth
- Conduct regular market visits and gather feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
- Assist in maintaining accurate product and pricing information across channels
- Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Training teams to ensure strong execution of category initiatives
- Support Category Manager in daily operations, project coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Analytical mindset with passion for market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience or coursework in category management or retail is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, French or another language is a plus.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
