- Ensure all receipts, invoices, and payment records are correctly issued and documented
- Arrange and prepare bank deposits in compliance with company policies
- Close job cards promptly and ensure proper financial documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes
- Prepare and submit ad hoc reports, financial statements, and any other required documentation
- Follow all financial guidelines and compliance measures to prevent fraud or errors
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers
- Address customer queries related to payments, invoices, and financial transactions
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure seamless processing of transactions
- Support dealership operations with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values

- Maintain cash flow records, balance daily transactions, and reconcile discrepancies.

- Efficiency in completing month end and year end closing processes.
- Support provided during audits with minimal findings.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the financial standards required to meet the business objectives.
- Maintain goodwill and long term loyalty of customers and partners through excellent service.
