Requirements

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays or supplies

Role Overview
- The Cashier provides excellent customer service, accurately processes transactions, and coordinates order flow in the restaurant.
- Handles cash transactions, manages customer inquiries, and communicates with kitchen and service staff.
Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage online orders through aggregator platform.
- Apply discounts and promotional offers accurately using aggregator system.
- Check availability of items via digital inventory and update in real time.
- Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Manage phone calls and provide menu information.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service, preferably in restaurant/hospitality.
