The Role

  • As the Assistant Restaurant Manager (Outlet In Charge), you will take full day to day ownership and are the heartbeat of the operation.
  • This is not a back office administrative role. We are looking for a hands on, highly visible leader who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and commands respect.
  • You will manage a large team, balance high volume dine in and delivery channels, and take complete accountability for operational discipline, cost control, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of a high volume, fast casual outlet, ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and drive the outlet team. Enforce high standards of discipline, performance, and customer service while building a motivated, cohesive workforce.
  • Financial & Inventory Control: Take absolute ownership of the branch's P&L, including meticulous inventory management, food cost control, stock ordering, and wastage reduction.
  • Dual Channel Optimization: Seamlessly balance the demands of a premium dine in crowd with high volume delivery platforms, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across both.
  • Rush Hour Management: Maintain total composure during intense rush hours, making quick, structured decisions and resolving customer complaints professionally on the spot.

Requirements

  • High Volume Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience managing a high volume fast food or fast casual outlet in the UAE.
  • Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing a team of at least 10 staff members in a fast paced environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of food cost management, stock variance, and daily financial reporting.
  • Dine In & Delivery Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of managing both dine in guests and delivery aggregators.
  • Physical Presence & Accountability: A proactive, floor based management style. You must be willing to be on your feet, leading the rush, and checking quality personally.
