Role Overview
Qatar Airways is hiring a Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst in Doha, Qatar.
The role provides analytical, operational, and commercial support for strategic cargo partnerships.
Accountabilities
- Analyze partnership volumes, rates, revenue, and performance trends to support management decisions.
- Prepare KPI reports and dashboards, identify underperforming lanes or partners, and present data-backed observations.
- Troubleshoot irregular interline shipments and commercial or operational issues with internal teams and partner airlines.
- Document, standardize, maintain, and roll out commercial, operational, and digital partnership processes and guidelines.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and partner airlines to ensure day-to-day commercial and operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret commercial and operational data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau for reporting and performance analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal and external groups.
- Experience documenting and improving business processes, guidelines, manuals, and operational procedures.
- Basic air cargo commercial and operational knowledge, including partnership, interline, or network activities, is preferred.
